Edubaivisa.ae remains bound by the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and committed to transparency, accountability and safety for all users of our platform.

Designated Point of Contact

In compliance with the DSA, Edubaivisa.ae has designated a point of contact for its communication in relation to:

• Authorities of EU Member States
• The European Commission
• The European Digital Services Board
• Users of our Services

Language of Communication

Email communication is accepted and relayed in English. Should you communicate in any other language, we will try our best to reply appropriately; however, English will remain the default language for such correspondence.

Reporting Illegal Content

Pursuant to the DSA, governmental authorities, trusted flaggers, and platform users may notify Edubaivisa.ae of the possible posting of illegal content. The following steps must be undertaken:

• On the website, navigate to the Contact Form.
• Select “Flagging Unsuitable Content” as the relevant category.

Provide:

• The URL of the content you are reporting
• A clear description and reason for the report (e.g., outdated, harmful, or illegal content)
• Any supporting evidence that confirms the content’s illegality

Note: Reports can remain anonymous. However, if an email address is provided, the report will be acknowledged and the outcome communicated to you, except where prohibited by law. Should a report prove incomplete, ambiguous or lacking relevant information, it may be disregarded.

Transparency Reporting

In accordance with our DSA obligations, Edubaivisa.ae will release a Transparency Report at least once a year.

The report shall cover:

• The overall number and types of content that we have moderated or deleted
• The reasons for such content removal
• The number of content-removal requests received from public authorities and users
• The actions carried out regarding such requests

This reflects the organization’s commitment to transparency and responsible content moderation.
