The processing time for the express visa mentioned anywhere on the website is to be considered as 24 working hours.
If your express visa doesn’t get approved within 24 working hours, you will be subjected to a refund for the additional cost that was charged for the express option.
The approval time mentioned anywhere in the website is the standard time from immigration department. In rare cases, it might take longer to get approved.
The time frame mentioned in the website is according to the Gulf Standard Time, and the working hours starts at 8.00 AM GST.
Saturday and Sunday are off days for the immigration department. Even if the client applies on a Friday for an express visa, the immigration department will start the process only on Monday from 8.AM GST
eDubaiVisa will not be responsible if your travel gets interrupted because any kind of hotel or flight cancellation.

eDubai Visa cannot be held liable if your visa application is rejected.
