The 60 days Dubai visit visa the two month visa is the longest tourist visa in this range. It gives you 60 days of stay on a single entry, and 60 days from issue to arrive. Like the shorter visas it is electronic: a PDF by email, no collection, no appointment.
Two months is the length people take when the trip is not really a holiday. Extended family visits. A season working remotely. Settling a property or a business matter. Grandparents coming for the winter. The common thread is that the return date is either far off or not yet fixed and on a 60-day visa it does not have to be.

60 days up front, or 30 days and an extension?
If you are staying somewhere between one and two months, there are two routes. They are not equivalent, and the difference is not really about price.
- 60 days up front $325. One application, one payment, one set of documents, one known total. Nothing to arrange once you are here.
- 30 days, then extend $205 now, plus an unknown amount later. A UAE visit visa extension is a separate application made from inside the country. It is possible, but it is subject to UAE immigration conditions and to whatever fees apply at the time so when you book your flights, you do not yet know what your visa will end up costing, or whether the extension will be granted.
That is the real trade. The extension is not a formality you can bank on: approval rests with immigration, it has to be applied for and granted before your original 30 days run out, and missing that window means a daily overstay fine rather than a longer visa.
So the honest way to decide is by certainty, not by adding up two numbers:
- You already know you are staying close to two months → take the 60 days visa. Fixed cost, no application to make mid-trip, nothing resting on a decision you do not control.
- You are planning a month and it might grow → take the 30 days visa. The extension exists for exactly that, and it is the right tool when the change is genuinely unexpected.
