Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the eDubai Visa website. By accessing and using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions in this legal notice.

  • The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to you, the person who log on to this website and is compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions.
  • “The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to our Company. “Party,” “Parties,” or “Us” refers to both the Client and ourselves.
  • All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of UAE.
  • eDubai Visa reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website.
  • The User must periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.
  • Using the services of this website without reading the terms and conditions will be considered the user’s negligence, and any inconvenience that arises later shall be under the responsibility of the user.
  • The processing time for the express visa mentioned anywhere on the website is to be considered as 24 working hours.
  • If your express visa doesn’t get approved within 24 working hours, you will be subjected to a refund for the additional cost that was charged for the express option.
  • The approval time mentioned anywhere in the website is the standard time from the immigration department. In rare cases, it might take longer to get approved.
  • The time frame mentioned on the website is according to the Gulf Standard Time, and the working hours start at 8.00 AM GST.
  • Saturday and Sunday are off days for the immigration department. Even if the client applies on a Friday for an express visa, the immigration department will start the process only on Monday from 8. AM GST
  • eDubaiVisa will not be responsible if your travel gets interrupted because of any kind of hotel or flight cancellation.

Privacy Policy

  • eDubai Visa sells online UAE Visas. The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information, credit card details, and telephone numbers, will be kept in the strictest confidence by and not sold or made known to third parties. eDubai Visa does not keep credit card details under any circumstances.
  • Your access to and use of our website is also contingent on Your agreement and compliance with the Company’s Privacy Policy. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you are bound to disclose the following information to us. We gather the Name, Email address, mobile number, Passport details, photograph, Country of residence/nationality of you
  • Gathered information may be used to customize, promote, and advertise our products, services, and offers and/or to connect and communicate with you.

Prices Policy

  • The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.
  • The prices quoted may be revised by the Company after receiving an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, higher foreign exchange costs, and any other matter beyond the control of the Company.

Payment Policy

  • Payment can be made through various available payment methods, such as Visa or MasterCard.
  • Payment cards (credit or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Refund Policy

  • Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of Immigration Officials.
  • eDubaivisa Visa cannot be held responsible for any visa application rejections.
  • Once your visa application is submitted, it will be processed immediately.
  • The visa application fee is non-refundable in case it gets rejected by the immigration department.
  • In case of a refund request due to incorrect documents or errors in the application provided by the applicant, a processing and typing fee of USD 73 will be deducted from the total amount. The remaining balance will then be refunded.

Refund Policy for Urgent Visa Applications

  • If you have applied for an Express UAE Visa and your application is not processed within 36 hours, you will be eligible for a refund of the Express processing fee (USD 50).
  • Please note that this refund applies only to the urgent processing fee and does not cover the standard visa application fee.
  • For refund requests, kindly contact our support team with your application number.
