1Refundable Conditionsالحالات القابلة للاسترداد

Refunds will be processed in the following situations:تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة في الحالات التالية:

1.1 Duplicate Payment Due to System Error1.1 دفع مكرر بسبب خطأ تقني

If a payment is processed more than once due to a technical error, a full refund of the duplicate charge will be issued within 24 hours of verification.إذا تمت معالجة الدفع أكثر من مرة بسبب خطأ تقني، يُسترد المبلغ المكرر بالكامل خلال 24 ساعة من التحقق.

1.2 Payment Without Application Submission1.2 الدفع قبل تقديم الطلب

If a refund request is submitted before the visa application has been submitted to UAE immigration authorities, the following conditions must be met:إذا قُدّم طلب الاسترداد قبل تقديم طلب التأشيرة إلى سلطات الهجرة الإماراتية، يجب استيفاء الشروط التالية:

• Request must be submitted within 24 hours of paymentيجب تقديم الطلب خلال 24 ساعة من الدفع
• Request must be received prior to application processingيجب استلام الطلب قبل بدء معالجة الطلب
• Full refund will be issued upon verificationيُسترد المبلغ بالكامل بعد التحقق

1.3 Documented Company Error1.3 خطأ موثق من الشركة

If the Company makes a documented error in processing the visa application, refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis following investigation. Full refund will be issued if the error prevents proper application submission.في حال ارتكبت الشركة خطأً موثقاً في معالجة طلب التأشيرة، تُحدد أهلية الاسترداد لكل حالة على حدة بعد التحقيق، ويُسترد المبلغ بالكامل إذا حال الخطأ دون تقديم الطلب بشكل صحيح.

2Non-Refundable Conditionsالحالات غير القابلة للاسترداد

2.1 Visa Rejection2.1 رفض التأشيرة

Service fees are non-refundable if the visa application is rejected by the UAE Immigration Department. The Company's responsibility is limited to verification and timely submission of accurate information. Visa approval or denial is determined solely by immigration authorities.رسوم الخدمة غير قابلة للاسترداد في حال رفض طلب التأشيرة من قبل إدارة الهجرة الإماراتية. تقتصر مسؤولية الشركة على التحقق من المعلومات الدقيقة وتقديمها في الوقت المناسب، بينما قرار الموافقة أو الرفض بيد سلطات الهجرة وحدها.

2.2 Processing Delays2.2 تأخيرات المعالجة

Processing timelines are communicated prior to payment. Delays caused by immigration authority processing times, public holidays, or factors beyond the Company's control are not grounds for refund.يتم توضيح مدد المعالجة قبل الدفع. التأخيرات الناتجة عن أوقات معالجة سلطات الهجرة أو العطلات الرسمية أو عوامل خارجة عن سيطرة الشركة لا تُعد سبباً للاسترداد.

2.3 Incomplete or Inaccurate Documentation2.3 مستندات ناقصة أو غير دقيقة

Refunds are not available if the User provided incomplete or inaccurate information in the application materials.لا يتاح الاسترداد إذا قدّم المستخدم معلومات ناقصة أو غير دقيقة في مستندات الطلب.

2.4 Change of Mind or Personal Reasons2.4 تغيير الرأي أو أسباب شخصية

Requests for refunds based on personal circumstances or change of mind are not eligible for reimbursement.طلبات الاسترداد المبنية على ظروف شخصية أو تغيير الرأي غير مؤهلة للاسترداد.

3Security Depositsالتأمينات المالية لسلطات الهجرة

For certain nationalities, UAE immigration may require security deposits. These deposits are refundable according to immigration requirements:قد تشترط سلطات الهجرة الإماراتية تأمينات مالية لبعض الجنسيات، وتُسترد هذه التأمينات وفقاً لمتطلبات الهجرة:

• Deposits are held by immigration authorities, not the Companyتُحتفظ بها سلطات الهجرة وليس الشركة
• Refunds are processed after visa expiration or conversionتُعالج المبالغ المستردة بعد انتهاء صلاحية التأشيرة أو تحويلها
• Processing time: 5–10 business days following immigration decisionمدة المعالجة: 5–10 أيام عمل بعد قرار الهجرة
• Deductions may apply for government processing feesقد تُطبق خصومات مقابل رسوم المعالجة الحكومية

4Refund Request Processآلية طلب الاسترداد

To request a refund, the User must:لطلب الاسترداد، على المستخدم:

• Submit a written request to info@edubaivisa.ae with subject line "REFUND REQUEST"إرسال طلب كتابي إلى info@edubaivisa.ae بعنوان "REFUND REQUEST"
• Include the order reference number and a detailed reason for the requestتضمين رقم مرجع الطلب وسبب مفصل للاسترداد
• Provide supporting documentation if applicableإرفاق مستندات داعمة إن وجدت
• Await Company response within 24 business hoursانتظار رد الشركة خلال 24 ساعة عمل

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.في حال الموافقة، يُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 3–5 أيام عمل.

5Dispute Resolutionتسوية النزاعات

Users may file disputes with their payment provider if they disagree with a refund determination. The Company welcomes third-party review of refund decisions.يجوز للمستخدم تقديم نزاع لدى مزود الدفع الخاص به في حال عدم موافقته على قرار الاسترداد، وترحب الشركة بمراجعة قرارات الاسترداد من طرف ثالث.

6Modification of Applicationsتعديل الطلبات

Users may request modification or cancellation of visa applications prior to submission to immigration authorities. After submission, no modifications can be made, and fees remain non-refundable.يمكن للمستخدم طلب تعديل أو إلغاء طلب التأشيرة قبل تقديمه إلى سلطات الهجرة. وبعد التقديم لا يمكن إجراء أي تعديل وتبقى الرسوم غير قابلة للاسترداد.

Service fees cover:تشمل رسوم الخدمة:

• Document verification and validationالتحقق من المستندات ومراجعتها
• Application submission to immigration authoritiesتقديم الطلب إلى سلطات الهجرة
• Customer support and status communicationدعم العملاء والتواصل بشأن حالة الطلب
• Visa tracking and follow-upتتبع التأشيرة والمتابعة

Service fees do NOT include:لا تشمل رسوم الخدمة:

• Security deposits (where applicable)التأمينات المالية (حيثما تنطبق)
• Additional charges imposed by immigration authoritiesأي رسوم إضافية تفرضها سلطات الهجرة

2Processing Timelineمدد المعالجة

Express processing (24–36 hours): document verification, submission to UAE Immigration, immigration review, and prompt notification of the decision.المعالجة السريعة (24–36 ساعة): التحقق من المستندات، والتقديم إلى الهجرة الإماراتية، والمراجعة، ثم إشعارك بالقرار فور صدوره.

Regular processing (3–4 working days): the same stages at the standard pace.المعالجة العادية (3–4 أيام عمل): نفس المراحل بالوتيرة الاعتيادية.

Immigration authority processing times may vary based on application complexity and additional security requirements. The Company does not control processing timelines after application submission.قد تختلف أوقات معالجة سلطات الهجرة بحسب تعقيد الطلب والمتطلبات الأمنية الإضافية، ولا تتحكم الشركة في المدد بعد تقديم الطلب.

3Processing Delaysتأخيرات المعالجة

The Company does not guarantee exact processing durations. Delays may occur due to:لا تضمن الشركة مدداً دقيقة للمعالجة، وقد تحدث تأخيرات بسبب:

• Immigration authority processing times and decisionsأوقات وقرارات معالجة سلطات الهجرة
• Incomplete or missing documentationمستندات ناقصة أو مفقودة
• Additional requirements requested by immigration authoritiesمتطلبات إضافية تطلبها سلطات الهجرة
• Technical or legal issues beyond the Company's controlمشكلات تقنية أو قانونية خارجة عن سيطرة الشركة

Users will be notified of any additional documentation requirements or status changes promptly upon receipt.يتم إشعار المستخدمين بأي متطلبات مستندات إضافية أو تغييرات في الحالة فور ورودها.

4User Information Requirementsمتطلبات معلومات المستخدم

Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information for all visa applications. The Company requires:على المستخدم تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة وصحيحة لجميع طلبات التأشيرة. وتشترط الشركة:

• Valid passport informationبيانات جواز سفر سارية
• Accurate personal detailsتفاصيل شخصية دقيقة
• Legitimate travel documentsمستندات سفر مشروعة
• Supporting documentation as specifiedالمستندات الداعمة المطلوبة

The Company will provide Users with updates on application status, visa decisions, and any additional information requests from immigration authorities.تزوّد الشركة المستخدمين بتحديثات حول حالة الطلب وقرارات التأشيرة وأي طلبات معلومات إضافية من سلطات الهجرة.

6Liability and Limitationالمسؤولية وحدودها

The Company is not responsible for:الشركة غير مسؤولة عن:

• Visa rejection decisions made by immigration authoritiesقرارات رفض التأشيرة الصادرة عن سلطات الهجرة
• Processing delays caused by government agenciesتأخيرات المعالجة الناتجة عن الجهات الحكومية
• Flight cancellations or travel disruptionsإلغاء الرحلات أو اضطرابات السفر
• Circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure events)الظروف الخارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة (القوة القاهرة)
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damagesأي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية
